2. We also get technical information when you visit our website

4. When you apply to work for us
We may ask for personal data and sensitive personal data from you to assess your suitability for our jobs. This data will include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, work and education history. We will collect sensitive personal data such as your ethnic origin only for the purposes required by law.
What we do with the info we collect:
We use this data to make decisions to improve our products and services and send you promotional offers based on what we think you will like or have bought. We a have a legitimate interest to maintain our relationship with you, and protect your data.
How we store your information
We take the security of your personal information seriously. When you submit your credit card details to us, we use shopify's encryption technology to guard your information. In addition, we have security procedures in place to protect our paper based systems and computerised databases from loss and misuse.
Where a password is required to access certain areas of our digital platforms, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.
How long we keep your information:
We keep your information only so long as we need it to provide a valuable service to you. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can't identify you.
Our policy on children’s information:
Children under 13 are not allowed to use our website.
You have certain rights in relation to the information that we have about you described below.
- You can request to access the information we hold about you. We'll usually share this with you within 30 days of you asking us for it.
- You can ask us to correct your information or delete it, if you are unable to do it yourself.
- You can ask us to stop using your information, and opt out of receiving our newsletters or marketing messages and object to us having the information you provided to us sent to another organization, where we hold this information with your consent or for the performance of a contract with you, where it's technically feasible.

We aim to meet high standards and so our policies are constantly under review. From time to time we may change this privacy notice. We recommend that you check this page periodically to review the latest version.
Our website or newsletters may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third-party website, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Nutmeg Studio will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.
We are committed to providing you with a top-quality service. However, should there be any cause for complaint please contact Adele Mackinnon. We agree to investigate any complaint carefully and promptly and do everything reasonable to put it right.
What’s a cookie?

Delivery & Returns Process
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 - Sent via Royal Mail 48 please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive
We aim to send orders out within 3 days of receipt of order. Please be aware that there may be busy periods throughout the year, however we will do our utmost to get your orders out as fast as possible.
Deliveries to the Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 7 days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm or DHL next day, orders made after 1pm will be processed the following day.
- Any orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following day.
- Orders placed on Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays will be processed the following day.
- Royal Mail do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.
NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?
Thanks for shopping at nutmeg Studio! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.
You have 30 days days to return an item from the date you received it.
Please contact us as soon as you are aware you want to return the item. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and must retain any tags that were attached.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within [7 days], depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE
Personalised and bespoke goods are bespoke and made to your specific requirements and are not subject to refunds or exchange unless damaged or incorrect spelling on our part.
We love to create something bespoke for you, we pride ourselves on our ability to fulfill bespoke orders that meet our customers' unique needs and preferences.
To place a bespoke order, please provide us with as much information as possible, including the product type, size, color, and any other relevant details. If you have artwork that you would like to use, please let us know by emailing the artwork over, and we will review it to ensure that it meets our production standards. If you need design assistance, please let us know, and we will work with you to create a design that meets your needs.
We will provide a quote based on the information given. If you would then we will send you an invoice or a link to our website to purchase. Once fulfilled the team can officially begin working on your bespoke order.

We will invoice you for payment upon receipt of your order. This may be at the point of checkout on the website. Payment must be made in full unless otherwise stated. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further orders to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
We reserve the right to charge delivery costs as may be appropriate. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you have not made the payment or because of unforeseen issues with third party delivery/postage companies.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 which gives consumers extra protection when buying online.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
- for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of products.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you post or submit comments to us, we reserve the right to use these comments in our external marketing. We will not share any personal contact information whilst doing so.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
